Flexum has expanded its on-site ink-mixing capability to cover water-based flexographic inks for corrugated board and packaging applications, alongside the existing PANTONE spot-color mixing service for offset.

Printers across the Baltics and Finland can now request custom water-based flexo formulations matched to Pantone references, with same-day availability for standard shades. The service supports corrugated post-print as well as flexible packaging, brown-board branding, and short-run packaging jobs that don't justify a full custom production batch from a manufacturer.

Combined with Flexum's Deutsch Druckfarben and Pulse Roll partnerships, the in-house mixing capability rounds out a full-spectrum ink offering — from conventional offset and UV through narrow-web UV flexo and now water-based flexo for corrugated.
