Warranty & SLA

Every press we sell carries the manufacturer's standard warranty plus Flexum's regional service-response commitments.

Manufacturer warranty

Each manufacturer's warranty terms travel with the equipment. Typical coverage:

  • 12–24 months on press electronics, motors, drives, and structural components
  • 6–12 months on consumable wear items (rollers, belts, bearings)
  • Lifetime on press frames against manufacturing defects

Flexum regional response

We layer our own service-response commitments on top of the manufacturer warranty:

  • Phone & email support during business hours, every business day
  • Local technicians in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius + Finnish representative

Covered

  • • Manufacturing defects
  • • Component failures within rated operating conditions
  • • Software defects in factory firmware
  • • Replacement parts under warranty period

Not covered

  • • Damage from operator error or misuse
  • • Unauthorized modifications or third-party parts
  • • Normal wear of consumables (rollers, belts, blankets)
  • • Damage from power events outside specified tolerances

Filing a warranty claim

  1. Contact Flexum with the equipment serial number, fault description, and any error codes from the press control system.
  2. Our technician performs initial remote diagnostics (or on-site if remote diagnostics is not available for the affected component).
  3. If the fault qualifies under warranty, parts and labor are covered per the manufacturer's terms — typically within 5–10 business days for stocked parts, longer for factory orders.
  4. If the fault is outside warranty scope, we provide a quote for repair before proceeding.

This page summarizes typical warranty arrangements. Final warranty terms are governed by the manufacturer's warranty document and the sales agreement signed with each equipment purchase.
