Sustainability
Printing has a real environmental footprint. We work with manufacturers whose technology actively reduces it — and we offer services that displace some of the most chemical-heavy steps in traditional production.
Anilox laser cleaning
Our mobile Alphasonics-powered laser-cleaning service replaces solvent-based anilox cleaning. No harsh chemicals, no chemical waste disposal — currently the greenest cleaning method available in the region.

Deutsch Druckfarben's Multi Pro Bio range is a multi-substrate ink line designed for packaging printers with ESG commitments — lower VOC content, fewer ink changeovers, and broad food-contact compliance.

Both Nilpeter FA-Line and Koenig & Bauer Rapida press generations now ship with energy-recovery drives, LED-UV curing options, and per-unit power management — measurably lower kWh per impression than older presses.

Consumables (inks, plates, varnishes, parts) are warehoused in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius — short-haul deliveries to customers instead of cross-Europe shipments. Smaller logistics footprint, faster turnaround.

We try to talk plainly about what each technology actually does and doesn't do. Specific reductions in chemical use, energy consumption, and waste depend on press configuration, run profile, and what you're replacing. If you're building a sustainability case for an investment, ask us for the manufacturer's technical data and we'll point you to the right documents.
