Please note that Flexum primarily operates in a business-to-business (B2B) context and is not obligated to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Tallinn, Estonia.
For EU consumers: nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
12. Changes to Terms
Flexum reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement, Waiver, and Assignment
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flexum OU regarding your use of the website. Failure by Flexum to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
